Basic Solar/Wind Design. :
For alternative electrical energy solutions the design consists of
- electrical generators;
- charge controllers;
- battery banks;
- inverters;
- breakers;
- disconnect switches;
- meters;
- cabling; and
- connectors.
The electrical generators can be:
- solar panels;
- wind turbines;
- micro-hydro systems; and
- gas generators.
